Personalised Song - About Us

Write You A Song is a relatively new company. We are a family run business and operate in the North of England, West Yorkshire. We've always had a passion for music, and writing personalised songs is a great way of expressing that.

There can't be anything more meaningful than a song! Of course there are other companies who specialise in writing personalised songs, but there are very few who actually write the song from scratch, so that everything in the song is unique, from the lyrics to the melody. And we are able to incorporate drums into our songs which enables us to achieve that full 'real band' sound.

We also have various keyboard settings and computer software which enables us to add strings and other orchestral instruments, and we all know that no power ballad is complete without a decent string ensemble behind it.

I do all the writing and recording myself. I've played one instrument or another since I was seven years old and I'm thirty now. I've played and recorded songs in bands for the last ten years so I have a lot of experience in that field. The music we make is all recorded via up-to-date computer software, it is digitally mastered and then put on to disc.
