Personalised Song - How It Works

OK, if you decided you wanted to have a personalised song made for someone, first of all we would ask you to complete our questionnaire. This would give us some general personal information which we could then base our song lyrics round.

A personalised song of this nature needs to be personal to an extent where you could call it your own, but not too personal that it just becomes 'mushy'. It has to be something you would want to listen to again and again.

We think it's good to incorporate personal lyrics with 'real song' lyrics, that way it's more realistic. If you listen to the songs on our website, you can see that the verse lyrics are the personal ones and the lyrics on the choruses have more general catchy lyrics. It seems to work well that way.

We also ask what kind of music they listen to. This give's us an idea what type of personalised song you'd like, ballad, rock, indie etc... And also whether they'd want it fast or slow. However, we will contact you when we receive the questionnaire, just to see exactly what it is you're looking for.

We ask you to specify anything particular you want in the song, maybe a private joke or funny secret. And also whether you would like any names mentioned in the song. We normally don't put names in because it can affect the realism of the song. You can keep it personal without putting your names in. It's up to you.

If you choose a template song we would still need you to fill in the questionnaire, however, there are certain parts of it that you would not need to fill in since we already know what the song will sound like.

We will send you your CD via first class post. We can send you an MP3 version of the song via email, free of charge, in case you want to put it on your computer or phone. And we always keep a copy on file, just in case you ever need us to send you a replacement.

How Long Will It Take?

A personalised song will take between three to four weeks to record and send.

A personalised template song will take 5 - 7 working days to record and send.
